Customer Service for E-Commerce Account

You are responsible for providing high quality customer service via calls and emails efficiently finding resolutions in solving inquiries.

Salary Package: PhP 19,000+

Requirements:

Fresh graduates & vocational graduates must have completed 2 years in college (no back subjects)If High School Graduates with at least 12 months of call center experienceGood communications skillsBasic computer and internet navigation skillsWilling to work at TELUS McKinley WEST, TaguigAmenable to work in shifting schedulesHas NBI clearance and SSS document & Valid IDsCan start ASAP
