You are responsible for providing high quality customer service via calls and efficiently finding resolutions in solving inquiries.

Requirements:

Completed 2 years in college (no back subjects) ; no experience requiredIf High School / SHS Graduates with at least 6 months of call center experienceGood communications skillsBasic computer and internet navigation skillsWilling to work at TELUS McKinley WEST, TaguigAmenable to work in shifting schedulesHas NBI clearance and SSS document & Valid IDsCan start ASAP
