Contract Specialist (QUEZON CITY)

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Descriptions:

Supervises several Contracts Specialist within the same OpCen.Prepares and drafts agreements (SCA/SFA) between MDC and its Subcontractors and Suppliers.Coordinates with HO-Contracts, Procurement, QS and other departments to obtain necessary information or documents relevant to SCA/SFA processing.Tracks the status of the SCA/SFA and conduct regular follow up to responsible party regarding its progress to expedite the execution thereof.Collates and submits weekly OpCen-wide SCA/SFA monitoring.Assists in the execution of General Construction Contract.Assists the Project Team in interpreting contract terms and conditions; Liaises with HO-Contracts as necessary.Drafts letters, memos, notices to Subcontractors and Suppliers and other correspondences that may be requested by the Project Team.Attends meetings such as Coordination, Pre-Bid, Kick-off Meeting and other meetings wherein your presence is requested by Head Personnel.Takes down Minutes of Meeting.Provides trainings to and mentors Contracts Specialists.Acts as HO-Contracts key point of contact for claims management concerns.
