HR Associate (Laguna)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.• Ensures compliance to the Integrated Management System (QESH) particularly, processes that affects work      assignment• Records and monitors time and attendance of all personnel• Updates and maintains complete and accurate personnel records of all project employees• Implements company guidelines on  timekeeping and attendance• Assist in Benefits Administration of project personnel• Assist in the processing of applicants for trade test and assist in the hiring process in project.• Submits reports; payroll data and other documents on time• Prepares DOLE report• Prepares and submits updated manpower reports and other documents concerning to manpower.• Assists in the implementation of spend management systems• Monitors and updates MR, LOA and status of employment contract.• Secures and maintains list of subcon personnel assigned in the project• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
