DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the handling of Delivery Reverse Logistics (Actual returns, RPS Preparation for Return to Vender (RTV) and outright returns, updating of plant return dashboard &coordination with interface department).Responsible for the accommodation of delivery concerns externally (proper channeling of issues) from delivery personnel while on site.Updating and report generating for the delivery one number for trucking (Attendance and Punctuality)Filtering of shipments for stamping of trucking receipts & trip tickets for miscellaneous expenses.Preparation of Department feedback report (Incoming and Outgoing)Preparation of related documents for credit memo transactions. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any field.Must be keen to details and excellent written and oral skillsMust be amenable to work in Valenzuela City
