Sustainability Officer (Head Office-Pasay City)

The Sustainability Officer is responsible in making sustainability initiatives are created, executed and well-disseminated among the internal and external stakeholders and partners of the company through various means of communication i.e. Sustainability Report, Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials.

SMPHI SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING

Coordinate with SMPH Business Units (BUs) and various its departments on Sustainability Report data gathering;Consolidate and analyze SMPH pertinent information on Human Resources, Environment and other SR related data;Provide content writing for the annual Sustainability ReportAssist in answering Investor Relations (IR) surveys

SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES

Conduct research on Sustainability Projects for possible implementationPropose Sustainability projects in relation to the mall operationsCoordinate with various partners to implement propose projectsPrepare Management Approval Memorandum (MAM) to formalize partnershipsPrepare and implement activation on IEC materials for all SMPH Business Units

SM CARES ENVIRonMENT COMMITTEE

Coordinate with Environmental organization partners and SM Cares Environment Committee for project/events;Prepare SM Cares’ environment budgetConsolidate monthly and annual Trash to Cash reports

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Assists during the conduct of Sustainability initiatives and activities (venue, food, coordination, equipment, etc.)Prepare MSRS, RCP, Liquidation ReportsAssist and gather info for budget preparationIn-charge of meeting/conference room and event place reservationDraft event speeches for the VP Corporate Compliance as needed

WORK EXPERIENCE:

A graduate of Bachelor’s/College degree in Environmental Science, Communications, or ResearchAt least 3 years’ experience on writing, knowledgeable on Sustainability, Environmental Science, research surveys, etc.Willing to work in Head Office-Pasay City
