Project Manager

JOB OVERVIEW: Plans, develops, and implements strategies for Project Management and ensures the proper planning and execution of projects according to agreed timelines. Procures resources, liaises with clients, and coordinates the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Handles project implementation of assigned accounts.Supervises subordinate activities to ensure that they perform their duties and responsibilities correctly.Collaborates and provides directions to the delivery team and ensures smooth project execution.Perform analysis of current workflow and procedures to help suggest, plan and implement necessary changes.Mentors the Project Executive and Sales Associate in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance the latter's professional growth (people management)Analyzes and plots the workload of the delivery team.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Commerce Major in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.With at least 5 years of Project Management experience; preferably in a Pharmaceutical company.With strong leadership qualities.With strong Project Management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical skills.Excellent communication and proficiency in written and spoken English.Team Player.
