Area Head

This position is primarily responsible for administering and controlling the operations of branches in the assigned area, ensuring cost efficiency, manpower productivity and competitiveness. The position participates in business development through preparation of industry updates and trend analysis, and recommendation of opening for new branches. The position also develops and implements marketing strategies set by the region as well as overseeing/ monitoring the overall security and integrity in the area including branch personnel safety.REQUIREMENTS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or any business-related course.At least five (5) years work experience with in-depth knowledge on sales/distribution, operations and similar field.Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Banking/Financial/Insurance Services or equivalent.Must be willing to work in Iloilo, Aklan and San Carlos City.
