Our awesome client, a leading retail company of fabric based in Australia is looking for an Investment Reporting Analyst to be part of their team.

Role Investment Reporting Analyst

Reporting directly to the Group Compliance team and indirectly, the Group Investment Manager, the successful candidate will be a member of a high performing diverse team and responsible for:

Preparation and distribution of daily investment portfolio reportsPreparation and distribution of daily audit log for prior day’s public markets tradesDaily updating of trading platform (watchlists/annotations)Preparation and distribution of weekly audit of portfolio positions/trading platform watchlistsUpdating daily/monthly trading databasesAd hoc reporting/analysis tasks as requiredPreparation of Group Monthly/Quarterly Management ReportsPreparation of key internal stakeholder reportsAssistance with Statutory ReportingAssisting with year- end audit preparation and deliverables

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Degree in finance, accounting or similar. CA/CPA qualification highly desirable.Advanced Excel skills and PowerPointStrong administrative skillsA fast learnerTeam-orientated with the ability to work autonomouslyDetail and process orientatedHighly accountable with a strong work ethicStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communicationMaintain strict confidentiality with financial related records

Systems Experience in:

XeroInvestment Portals preferred, but not essential
