JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the supervision of receiving products and goods for placement to the selling area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving Procedures and Shrinkage Control· Ensures security measures and control· Accuracy in processing of documents· Warehouse and Inventory Management· Store inventory are all accounted for· Housekeeping Requirements· Enforces FIFO (First In First Out) in proper handling of merchandise· Monitoring of RTV (Return To Vendor) Disposals· Ensures on-time disposal of applied RTV'sPeople Management· Conducts performance evaluation· Ensures proper implementation of employee discipline at all times· Reportorial Management· Preparation of delivery and discrepancy report· Monitoring of expiry codes· Prepares summary of RTV's· Sending summary of unobserved or rejected items to Merchandising· Signing of documents (sales invoice/receiving conformation) due to payment

JOB KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field

· Must have at least 1 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required· Knowledgeable in JDA System

· Must have an experience as a Supervisor specializing in warehouse or logistics management· Applicants must be willing to work in Valencia, Negros Oriental.
