Outreach Specialist

We are looking for an Outreach Assistant to help accelerate our link-building efforts for our owned and operated sites. In this role, you will work closely with our Digital PR Managers to send outreach and acquire high-quality links to a number of our sites. In addition, you will be responsible for tracking and communicating outperformance, progress, and priorities to our Digital PR Managers daily. Your contributions will help support our team's SEO initiatives and are vital to the performance of our owned and operated websites. Operates the commercial link acquisition process; scheduling and sending email outreach, communication with leads, and link reportingTracks and reports on daily outreach KPI (i.e. emails sent, open rate, reply rate)Communicates priorities, link progress, outreach KPIs, and roadblocks to digital PR managers during daily huddlesIdeates and conducts tests to help the client develop more efficient and effective tactics & processes for outreach and prospecting

Basic Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in SEO, link building, or digital marketingProficient with using spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and or Google SheetsExperience with email outreach software (i.e. Pitchbox, Buzzstream, Quickmail)High level of English proficiency (English and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of impact and value of link-building for SEOExperience with cold and or bulk emailingKnowledge of email deliverability best practicesExperience or familiarity with the link acquisition/ negotiation processAmenable to work 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday
