Responsibilities:Maintains security and telecommunications systemInforms visitors by answering or referring inquiriesDirects visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badgesKeeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededProvide first aid and medical assistance and maintain medical suppliesQualifications:Has 2-3 years work experience in administrative support and clerical workGood telephone handling skillsGood coordination and organizational skillsFlexible can think out of the boxHas a high sense of urgencyGood command of the English languageWilling to be assigned to shifting scheduleBasic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certified
