Korean CSR - Helpdesk Support(Job Number: 37972)Job Description:Service channels may include inbound phone, email, chat, and potentially video conference.Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot personal devices (computers, smart phones, tablets; willing to be trained), online streaming, transactions, applications, software & hardware issuesQualifications:Educational Attainment: At least 2 years in College without back subjectLanguage Requirement – Excellent both in English and Korean (writing, speaking, reading)Should have at least 1-2 years BPO experience in a Korean account.Should be ready to work in flexible or hybrid schedule.Willing to work either in Taguig City or Quezon CityOpen for native and non-native Korean speaker.
