Key responsibility is finding sales comparable for residential properties and researching investment potentials of residential projects based on market data.

Excellent Communication SkillsCame from in real estate industryMust have 3 years relevant working experienceFull-time remoteSchedule: Australian shift – Dayshift (M-F)Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 60,000At least 1 tertiary degree from UP, ADMU, UST, DLSUCurrent/most recent job is in the real estate industry especially exposure in the residential sectorAny past employers include JLL, CBRE, Savills, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Leechiu, Tan Frankum & Associates, PRIME, HopplerExperience in property market research, economic study, and/or residential valuation,Advanced excel skills in data sorting, dashboarding and making chartsCan start ASAP
