Job Responsibilities:

Information, documentation gathering, and record retention of the evidenceInitiation of the CDD process and follow up, review of due datesApply rework items flagged by checkersActively participate in daily team huddlesMonitor progress and status of assigned casesReport/escalate operational, system, and policy issues immediatelyReach the quality and production target set by the clientOther ad hoc tasks that may be assigned
