职位描述
PwC is hiring audit professionals who will be joining our team in delivering audit services to clients in various parts of the globe (and locally). We offer competitive salary package, benefits and signing bonus.
We are currently in a hybrid set-up and we have offices in Ortigas, Cebu, Iloilo & Davao.
Job summary:
The role of an audit senior associate is to provide coaching and conduct detailed review on the work of the associate ensuring adherence to applicable auditing and regulatory frameworks. This may also include performance of routine back-office audit procedures on key areas. Key expectation for this role is to ensure timely delivery of quality output to offshore engagement teams while upholding adherence to PwC global assurance standards and strong commitment to progress through continuous improvements.
Qualification and competencies:
1. Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
2. Has at least 2 years experience in external audit
3. Exposure to audit of Asset Management, Banking and Insurance Companies, Gaming and Holding companies is a plus
4. Willing to work full-time in Ortigas Center (currently on work from home arrangement)
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills
6. Team player, flexible and able to work under pressure
7. Able to work and coordinate with a virtual team
Primary responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Ensure timely delivery of high quality output aligned with PwC global assurance standards and engagement team's expectations
2. Keep up-to-date with technical accounting developments using the firm's knowledge and
research tools
3. evaluate and review staff performance and discusses points for improvement
4. Assist engagement manager in planning, execution and completion activities
5. Lead interviews and discussions with clients and other third party contacts
6. Contribute to a positive working environment by knowledge sharing and working effectively with team members
7. Act as an ambassador of the firm's processes and policies
