You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client's B2B customers.Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support.Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI.Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience.Who are we looking for?
Completed at least 2 in college.Must have 6 months B2B experience and 2.5 of solid customer service or technical support experience in a voice account.With at least 3 of cumulative BPO experience handling voice, email, and chat.with online Advertising experience.Strong verbal and written English communication skills.Amenable to in rotating shifts (morning, mid, night shifts).Can in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.How to Apply?
