The Sr. Category Sourcing Specialist is responsible for providing supplier relationship management, end to end supply chain support, and cross-functional operational improvements. Leverage fact-based data and analytics to negotiate contracts in acquiring of pharmaceutical products. Create strategies and influence internal and external stakeholders to execute effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Works closely with Sourcing Management teams to perform strategic sourcing activitiesevaluates suppliers and supply markets based on facts and data to provide deep and meaningful insight Sourcing Management teamsProvides process and transaction supportIdentifies potential vendors and obtain quotes as neededAssists in gathering and analyzing industry, market, and spend data

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO HAVE:

Bachelor`s Degree of any Engineering course, Business Administration, Management or related fieldAt least 2 years relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and or supply chain functionAdvanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and proficiency with other MS Office products is requiredProfessional level of oral/written communication skills, negotiation skills, credibility, reliability in dealing with suppliers
