Order Management Supervisor | Cabuyao based

WHAT YOU WILL DO:Coordinates with the cluster head to ensure that stores have the right level of stock to meet customer’s needs – as a whole.Ensure that clusters are meeting the set PO compliance to ensure stock availability and lost sales declarations are properly reported and attended to.Over-see the day to day activities / operations of handled section, and ensure that all scheduled tasks are carried out on time.Ensure that the team is coordinating properly to internal customers (Operations team / GKA stores)Implement strategic projects / policies to the advantage of internal and external customer, compliant to the set policies and procedures.:Ensure that set budget is being utilized accordingly and as planned, both OPEX and CAPEXControl the costs associated with the inventory, both from the perspective of the total value of the goods included and the tax burden generated by the cumulative value of the inventoryProcess documentation and ImprovementPerform other tasks that maybe assigned / required by other managers or by immediate superior / top management.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:• Bachelors / College Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.• 2 years supervisory experience in retail / supply chain industry• Knowledgeable in inventory / supply chain management, demand planning and forecasting• Knowledgeable in end to-end retail operations, processes, procedures, customer encounter and system implementation (software)
