Reports directly to Operations Manager for service delivery resultsCommunicate team status, tasks accomplishment, and direction (Oversee and monitor day to day operations)Provides status of reporting to clientServes as a focal point to communicate and resolve issuesEscalate issues which cannot resolve by the teamProvide guidance with the team based on management direction and client’s directionDevelop an action plan that the team will use to reach their goalsLead and facilitate constructive communication (problem solving and collaboration)Discover Training needs and provide coaching and mentoringFocus the team on the tasks at hand or client’s requirements.Perform job tasks as needed

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and end to end of Customer Service function of freight forwardingProven work experience as a team leader or supervisorExperience in Cargowise and other systemsOrganizational and time-management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service orientationStrong familiarity with internet and MS Office applicationsPrevious contact centre experience is an advantage
