职位描述

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.At least a year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.Willing to be assigned in Calaca, Batangas.Can start ASAP.Full-Time position(s) available.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

STOCK CONTROL

1. Performs the actual receiving, dispatching, handling, recording, documentations, safeguarding product and other related tank farm operations of stocks in the tank farm and inside the depot.

2. Maintains and performs transactions accordingly to ensure purchases are properly received and recorded based on prescribed quality and quantity.

3. Ensure safety and security measures are being observed during tank farm and loading bay operations to avoid unfavorable incidents, spillage, contamination, and pilferage.

LOGISTICS

1. Does the plotting of delivery schedules, assigning trucks to deliveries and ensures all deliveries will be delivered on time. Issues seals, DR and other pertinent delivery documents to driver.
