Responsibilities

In-charge of Occupational Health Clinicdocumentation of Medical Records

Job description

1. Attends to clinic consultations.

2. In-charge of triage services.

3. Performs basic nursing care to employees.

4. Refer employees to Medical Officer or HMO doctor for urgent consultations

5. Assist Clinic Nurse in processing pre-employment medical exams.

6. Assist in the referral of LOA for HMO accredited providers.

7. Prepares medicine supplies requisition and monthly inventory.

8. Maintain medical and health records of Sun Life employees.

9. Responsible for regular updating of medical monthly reports.

10. Assist OHN in the implementation of health programs as deemed necessary.

11. Assist in BCP/ CMT Initiatives.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Licensed Nurse, with passing grade of at least 80%

EXPERIENCE :   At least 1 year hospital experience or cumulative nursing related experience.
