Scribing medical chartsScheduling patientsLive scribing with a provider (requires webcam on)Calling out to medical companies such as other Dr.Offices, medical equipment companies, home health,etc.Navigating through EMRAssisting Physicians in clerical tasks virtually.Updating excel sheetsMedical Records RequestsJob Qualifications
For Independent ContractorsMust have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, BSNMinimum 1 year's experience working as a Medical ScribeBasic IT troubleshooting and Dependable Wifi connectionHighly proficient in MS Office, google drive, google sheets, email, accessing documents, reports, spreadsheets, etc.Proficient in the English Language both written and verbalExperience working with an EMR (electronic medical record)Proactive communicationCan have access and navigate through phone systemsPresent Time management skills (prioritize and organize)Quality Customer ServiceType 40-50 words per minutePatient scheduling skillsCalling patients back for Follow-ups/ remindersdocument ManagementEmail managementOther duties as neededHighly Reliable, Self Motivated, Willing to Learn, MultitaskerPresent Good Decision Making, Responsive, Detail-OrientedTeam Worker*** Shift 8 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time
