Job Responsibilities
Email/Text PatientsSubmit prescriptions refills/create new prescriptionsCheck patients' monthly/weekly paymentsSend follow-up blood work remindersFollow up with lab holds, blood donations, and inactive missing paymentsContact pharmacy for any pending ordersTracking orders in pharmacySuccessfully complete HIPPA certificationJob Qualifications
For Independent ContractorsMust have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, BSNProficient in the English Language both written and verbalHighly proficient in MS Office; Google Suite, Windows, and OutlookExperienced working with Electronic Health Record (EHR)Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to multitask and prioritize, Quick learner, and adapt on the goCustomer ServiceSales Experience*** Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM Arizona Standard Time (40 hours weekly)
