Clinic Nurse - Cubao, QC (NEED ASAP)

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional License(Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam PRC), Nursing or equivalent.No work experience required.Must be residing near Cubao, Quezon City area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares and files necessary reports of all medical services handled by the Clinic section.Conducts health services such as physical exams and history takingAdministers personalized interventions such as medication, wound treatment, health counselling etc.Manages work-related health diseasesCoordinates employee treatment, referrals, clearances, and medical leavesImplements corporate wellness and occupational health and safety programs in the workplaceHandles inventory of prescription and over-the-counter medicinesMaintains confidential health-related files and records of employeesMaintains a clean and safe company medical clinic.
