Attends health concerns & inquiries of employeesProvide immediate response to any medical emergencyCreate or recommend policies and programs for the improvement of health-related services of company with the goal of ensuring the health and safety of all employees in accordance with the lawChecking of medical requirements of employees for fit to work clearanceConducts health consultation to all OBPI sitesEstablish proper medical supervision over substance used, processed and work environment to prevent diseases and injuries in the workplacePerforming of in-depth assessment and verification over the Annual Physical Examination (APE) of employees and Pre-employment Medical Examination (PEME) results of applicants and identification of the fitness of the employee to workInspect and monitor the work environment of health hazardsClosely collaborate and coordinate with the members of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee in the determination, crafting, enforcement, and implementation of company policies and other health protocols designed to protect and secure the safety of the entire workforce in compliance with the departments orders and relevant circulars issues by the Department of Labor and Employment, and provisions of the Labor Code of the Philippines, Social Welfare Legislations, and other allied lawsAct as adviser to management and employees on all health matters
