Company Nurses (Urgent Hiring)

Responsibilities:

Nurse / OSH

To administer proper medications and address patient’s health concern during the night shiftImmediate Assessment and Coordination for reported employee with respiratory symptoms and Fever during shift (cough; colds; sore throat etc.)Oversee the implementation of Health and Safety protocols in the workplaceProvide basic first aid to employees when required and assess employee health risksOversee employees when emergency situation happens (Fire, earthquake, etc.)Transfer / Assist employee to the nearest hospital when injured/needs immediate treatment from the hospital

HR

Ensure compliance with regulatory concerns and reportsPolicy development and documentationWork well with company employee communicationManages employee safety, welfare, employee services, and counselingOther tasks that will be directed by the HR Manager or Supervisor

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in NursingA minimum of 1 year of experience in the same role is required for this positionExcellent interpersonal skills, coaching, and strong knowledge of people management and leadership skillsBOSH certificate / Registered Nurse – GOOD TO HAVE BUT NOT A STRICT REQUIREMENTMust have good organizational and prioritization skillsAble to work under pressure with minimum supervisionMust possess a sense of urgency and responsible at workWilling to work in graveyard/mid shiftAmenable to report in our Ortigas or Cubao officeCan start ASAP
