YOUR TASKS AND RESPonSIBILITIESService DeliveryDelivers a positive, consistent candidate experience through all Talent Acquisition touch points to implement Bayer's TA Strategy and enhance Bayer's Employer Brand;Performs Talent Acquisition operational activities of countries in scope as outlined by Bayer TA Strategy, policy, blueprint, applicable government regulations within the agreed service levels. Closes requisitions via SAP GHP.Assists in the resolution / completion of assigned TA related tickets or request within the service level agreement.Prepares necessary logistics (schedule of interviews, room reservations, etc) for all interview related activities.Prepares job posting requirements for both internal and external job boards.Assists in the offer management process and related administrative tasks.Assists in the preparation and completion of onboarding activitiesPerforms the pre-employment process by monitoring completion of requirements and medical checks, reviewing results and adjudicating and acting as liaison between candidates and recruitersIssue Management Ensures that issues and concerns are properly handled by following the communication / escalation matrix.Supports Associates and Experts in the issue resolution.Internal Projects and InnovationContributes to process improvements and ensure proper documentation of performed processes.Knowledge ManagementBuilds process knowledge and contribute to the achievement of KPIs
