ACCOUNTING ANALYST II for Records to Report - Weekends Off

Role and Responsibilities:

Prepares journal entries; ensures that entries and financial records adhere to established controls, accounting principles, and policiesEnsures accurate and appropriate recording of revenues, expenses, accruals, adjustments, etc.Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and supporting documentsPrepares and analyzes financial statements and monthly reports (including revenue and expense trend analysis)Prepares and analyzes balance sheet reconciliations and advises supervisor and/or manager of issues on the reconciliation and a proposed resolutionAssists with audits by providing supporting records and documentationevaluates current accounting processes and propose improvements for operational efficiencyAssists in preparing statistical and monthly reportsAll other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in AccountancyRequired skill(s): general accounting, General Accounting Procedures.Experience in working with the US or multinational companyExperience in working in a BPO or Shared ServicesAt least 4-5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.Required language(s): EnglishStrong analytical and evaluation skills with attention to detail;Above-average English communication skills both oral and written;Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with teammates and US contacts, a team playerFlexible and assertiveProficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook;Experience in using an ERP systemWilling to work in a Mid shift schedule and Hybrid set-upCan start ASAP will be prioritized
