JOB SUMMARY

Credit assessment of commercial loans pre-approval stage. This includes review of:

1.     Financial Statement submitted by the existing and prospective clients and evaluation of business trends and indicators basing on Bank’s and Industry standards; and

2.     Validation of Internal Credit Risk Rating (ICRR).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Prepares request/s Financial Spreadsheet essential in preparation of Financial Guide/Analysis

2.     Analyzes Financial Statements of existing and prospective clients of the Bank and prepares request/s Financial Guide that is valuable whether to grant a company with fresh working capital or extend credit to finance expansion and other significant expenditures.

3.     Obtain/maintain information from industry and trade reports, news articles and other publications, which would seek to identify and assess companies economic and industry circumstances.

4.     Credit Application (CA) Review – Review of compliance to internal and regulatory policies.

5.     Internal Credit Risk Rating (ICRRS) validation.

6.     Assist Section/Unit Head on credit items, non-credit related items/special assignments, as the need arises.
