Treasury Assistant - Alabang Muntinlupa (URGENT)

Qualifications: 

Educational Background (Minimum educational requirement and/or specific course requirement for the position)Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology or a 4-year business courseTraining/Experience (Training/seminars, short courses required to perform the job)Knowledgeable in office management systemsKnowledgeable in computer applications (SAP)Familiar with withholding tax computation, for suppliers and vendors

Duties: 

Prepares monthly lapsing schedule and Fixed Asset roll forward.

Maintains and reconciles subsidiary ledger with general ledger.

Maintains fixed asset file with proper tagging of asset code, location and assigned personnel.

Coordinates actual physical disposal of fixed assets

Performs annual Fixed Asset physical count and reporting

Prepares inter and intra-company asset transfers and documentations

Prepare and provide ad hoc reports and requests coming from external and internal customers.
