Position: Non Voice | Content Moderator

Location: Cyberpark 1, Araneta Center Cubao, Quezon City

Work Set-up: Full time, Onsite

Schedule: Shifting

Salary Package:

17,600 monthly package + 20,000 SIGNING BONUS

(P15,100 Basic + 2,500 NTA)

Responsibilities

Review photos, videos, and text-based contents and classify/label/annotate according to Client provided Guidelines.The analyst will also be responsible to fulfill the base metrics for efficiency (AHT, Job Count, Occupancy) and effectiveness (Quality, Consistency).Proficient in using social media applications (E.g. Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (No BPO Exp required)College Undergraduate (18 months above BPO Exp required)Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathyPassionate about the Internet and has high level of proficiency in utilizing search engines such as Google and BingHas good attention to detail and able to work analytically within a problem-solving environmentHigh affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situations regarding the relevant market/region that will be supported by the Analyst, which is critical for nuanced labeling decisionsAble to adapt to continuous changeFlexible in cyclical work schedule
