职位描述
Bollore Logistics Philippines is looking for an Operations Management Control Specialist. Your main task will be assisting the Operations Management Controller on various Operations Control tasks such as:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Data Extraction and AnalysisData Quality Cleaning and MaintenanceMonitoring of Customer Data IntegrityPreparation of Statistical Reports/AnalysisManagement of PEGASUS (transport management system of Bollore)Designing Process/Procedure or Revising Existing Process/ProcedureImplementation of Process ImprovementsTraining of personnel for PEGASUS usageThe goal of this position is to ensure operations excellency and bring the best quality service, data quality, processes, procedures and solutions of the Operations. You will be in close contact with Operations Team for TMS related issues/tasks, Operations Management Controller on doing OMC tasks, and Finance Team on Operations Control in relation with financial side of PEGASUS.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Process oriented1 or 2 years in Process analysis field. Fresh Graduates are considered.Able to speak and write in English fluentlyTake initiative / Be a solution provider- Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiencyWith experience on using any systemsAdditional:Data Analysis/Data Viz tools (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)With experience on using any TMSWHAT WE OFFER
