Customer Business Solution Executive

Bollore Logistics Philippines is looking for a Customer Business Solution Executive. Your main task will be discussing about our various solutions to both existing and prospective clients, working together with various stakeholders for the provision of solutions to the clients, and to ensure that the data quality is being maintained by providing the Operations Team a standard operations procedure and preparing monitoring reports for data quality checking.

The goal of this position is to ensure operations excellency and bring the best quality service, data quality of track and trace, and solutions to the customer . You will be in close contact with Operations Team for monitoring and advising them of data quality/solutions, Front Office/Sales Team for the client requirements and setup of their solutions, and Regional Customer Business Solutions Team for regional setup of the solutions and global collaborations. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Organize the customer process with the different requirementsDefine the system requirements (operational system / tracking system)Synthetize the information in a Customer operational SOP and cascade it to OperationsDefine Customer KPIs and monitoring processGenerate Operational reports for close monitoring of progress and actions taken.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Industrial Engineering Graduate is a plus or Logistics/IT course1 or 2 years in Process analysis field / Business Solutions / Supply Chain related fieldsExperienced in Project management tools (PDCA, RACI,…)Expert in using any TMS.Process and Results orientedTake initiative / Be a solution provider Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency
