Finance Analyst (Tax and Compliance)

TAX AND COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATEQualifications:1. Must be a B.S. Accountancy graduate, CPA not a requirement2. Must have at least 5 years work experience as Tax and Complianceassociate or in a similar function3. Must have a wide knowledge in Philippine taxation and all tax returns forprivate corporation4. Must possess a wide knowledge and experience in compliances i.e.Business Permits and PEZA compliances5. A team player, with good work attitude especially honesty and sense ofconfidentiality and observes timely completion of tasks6. Keen to details and efficientJob Description:1. Responsible in keeping and monitoring tax and compliances calendar forthe company2. Responsible in preparing reports for each tax return except those relatedin Accounts Payable for submission to the Corporate Treasurer3. Files tax returns before the deadline4. Must be updated in all advisories, circular and memoranda from BIR,PEZA, DOLE, Pasig City LGU and other government agencies that hasjurisdiction over ARMCO and reports the same to the Corporate Treasurerand President/CEO5. Responsible in preparing and completing all compliances for PEZA andensures that all are completed and submitted on time, subject to reviewby Corporate Treasurer6. Keeps and maintains tax returns and records of compliances andsubmissions to government agencies7. Assists in year-end external audit, as required8. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Corporate Treasurer
