HR Project Manager

This role requires in depth knowledge of HR processes and Project Management skills.

The Project Manager is to provides expertise and guidance for internal department and project stakeholders as needed and related to project scope.

Conduct project discovery efforts to define and document project scope and objectives related to deliverables and activitiesCreating and managing project plan to ensure project delivery and execution within the defined project scope, schedule, and budgetManaging critical project documentation and record keepingProvide reporting, communications, and updates related to projects for internal stakeholdersIdentify, assess and minimize project risks throughout the duration of the project Oversees quality control aspects related to project deliverables throughout the duration of projects

Experience required:

At least 3 years in HR Project Management / Change Management

*Candidates must be flexible with working on rotational shifts.

*Work setup will be hybrid (predominantly work-from-home) and during onsite days, work location will be either in Northgate Alabang, Muntinlupa City or BGC, Taguig.
