职位描述
Licensed Dietician or Nurse, with PADE-ADNEP TrainingConverts physician to avail of patient support programEnrolls new patients in diabetes and hypertension programGenerates reports on the number of patients using the App, doctors' engagement/conversion, patients contacted for demonstrations, and events participation. As an Educator, provides patient's educational training on diabetes and hypertension; communicates to both patients and doctors about the program. Secures attendance of patients and doctors in every lay for a activity Meets target set quarterly
