Render prompt treatment of illness/injuries both work-related/non-work relatedAssess an employee's ability to return to work following an illness or injury and provide physical capabilities assessment.Liaise in conducting Annual Employee Health Screens directed towards health promotion and disease prevention. Review results of medical screening tests.Make referrals for treatment and follow-up of non-work-related medical conditions.Participate in review and follow-up of complicated Employee Compensation and Disability Benefits cases.Review, sign, and interpret appropriate tracings and laboratory reportsFacilitate good community relations by establishing or maintaining a liaison with city and/or state health authorities.Provide direction and clinical guidance to the site's wellness activitiesBe aware of the existing chemical and physical occupational health risks at the site.Participate in the formulation and utilization of administrative procedures.
