* experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR
* intermediate understanding of digital marketing
* familiar with below the line marketing
* history of demonstrated leadership
* capable of leading a team with very different personalities
* capable or coordinating with many other departments
* eager to learn, passionate about marketing; insanely creative, with big wild ideas
She/He must be:
* with high personal standards
* detail oriented
* productive, dependable, with strong initiative and results oriented
* good communicator
* able to work with minimal supervision
