· College Graduate of Business or related course
· With at least 2-3 years Managerial experience in optical industries
· Relative work experience from a reputable company that caters markets of class A, B and/or upper C
· Knowledgeable in operating the computer and its applications such as excel and powerpoint
· Can work under minimal supervision and can relate with all levels of the organization
· With excellent Communications Skills and High Sales Management Skills
