QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Optometry; Board Passer.Preferably from a 6-year course or a DPA Certified Optometrist.

SKILLS

Has the clinical knowledge to be able to deliver PRIMARY EYE CARE to patients.Able to operate and interpret the results of the following instruments:

1. Retinoscope

2. Ophthalmoscope

3. Keratometer

4. Slit Lamp

5. Ishihara Color Vision Test

6. Non Contact Tonometer

Possess excellent communication skills; oral and written.Possess leadership qualities such as accountability, professionalism and high maturity level and emotional stability in order to manage and lead the doctors well.Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, time management and decision making skills.

High motivated and can work under pressure: self-reliant, detail-oriented, team-oriented, high accountability and takes ownership of the position.Able to answer questions well, correctly and high confidence; show initiative by tackling new projects or extra works within the organization.Demonstrate a positive and approachable ability to understand patients and fellow Optometrists.Able to develop doctor or client relationship and can maintain long lasting business relationship.Flexible and willing to relieve practices.-
