职位描述
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies or equivalentAt least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Assistant Manager / Manager specialized in Sales – Retail / General or equivalent.Must be proactive results-oriented, have strong problem-solving & organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure beating deadlines.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the regionManaging a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goalsForecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goalsAssisting sales personnel in their techniquesDeveloping specific plans to ensure growth both long and short termBuild promos for penetration rate, sales volume and market share increase.Capability to manage and enhance the efficiency of the team.Educating sales team with presentations of strategies and regular meetings.
