Legal Officer (Paralegal)

RESPONSIBILITIES:Draft construction agreements and other documents relating to this transactionProvide legal advice in relation to the rules & regulations and other applicable laws governing the operation of a construction company.Check condition of quotation from sub-con and check and make sub-con or client agreement for prevention our contract or agreement risk with Client or sub-contractorWide background in contracts managementQualifications:Currently enrolled on senior year in law school or up. or graduated BS Political Science, but with solid work experience in a Law Firm, and specifically wide background in Contracts ManagementMust have at least 2-3 years contract management experienceContract Management experience is requiredProficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbove average oral and written communication skillsMust be able effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organization skills in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environmentOffice administration experienceAmenable to work in Makati CityWilling to work on a 6 months project
