EDI Specialist Accounts Receivable (Work from Home, Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

AR background with an emphasis as an EDI specialistTroubleshooting any issues that may arise with the importing of the data to our ERP system (Acumatica)Communicating with our customers and warehouseExperience in the month-end close process - such as cash applications, invoice reconciliation, knowledge of journal entries, etc.Assist with other projects as neededMaintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in compliance with company policy and internal control requirementsProcess transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word Bachelor’s degree in AccountingAR or Accounting experience 1+ yearsAble to multi-task and manage deadlines in a public company environmentComfortable liaising with various business leaders across the company and external partiesFlexible & adaptable to changing prioritiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels both internally & externallyMust be detailed-oriented & organized
