Logistics Associate (Work from Home, Full-Time, Urgent Hire)

LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a Logistics Associate to join our dynamic fulfillment team to handle the monitoring of inventories and shipments. 

Responsibilities:

Handling inventory - monitoring, tracking, updating, removal process in seller central, checking of inventory age, updating of warehouse regarding phased out inventory, the disposal processCoordinating with the warehouse regarding urgent shipments, barcoding, removal of items, discrepancies, and other issuesHandling of shipment details such as monitoring of departure and arrival, shipping rates, progress, re-routing, the status of drop-offs, etcHandling billing requests (releasing transfer receipts, finding sales/order numberCreating and maintaining trackers and reportsRequest quotations and bookingsUploading of documents in the warehouse portalOther related logistics tasks

Qualifications:

Experience in LogisticsGood English communication skillsProficient in ExcelAmenable to working US hoursMeticulous and with a keen eye for detail
