Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Nursing/Psychology or other Medical Allied Courses (License is not required but an advantage)At least six months work experience in a Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Center/ Customer Service, but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication (clear and articulate)Computer literateWilling to undergo training for telemedicine programAmenable working on shifting schedule, holidays and weekendsFresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Primary Responsibilities

First to accept (receive) calls from patients and does proper triaging;Handles customer inquiries or any non-medical concerns within various channels;Identifies and assesses customers’ needs to achieve client satisfaction.
