LET'S BEE DELIVERY SERVICE is an Mobile Application based delivery service company started in Angeles, Philippines and now expanding its service area to Metro Manila in 4Q of 2022. We are inviting Human Resources Supervisor/Manager to lead our HR team for Metro Manila operation.

HR Supervisor/Manager

2 PRIMARY FUNCTION

Manage and implement HR function such as Organizational Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning and Development and Employee and Industrial Relations.

3 SCOPE OF DUTIES

Scheduling of delivery riders.Review and develop HR program suitable for delivery riders.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizationNurture a positive working environmentSupervising in processing Government Mandated Benefits of the EmployeesEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementTraining, counseling and coaching staff.Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.Conducting performance and wage reviews.Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.Creating clear and concise reports.Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.

4 JOB SPECIFICATION :

total 7 years experience in HR.at lease 5 years experience in HR supervisory and managerial levelmust be fluent in English and Filipino in written and verbalmust be computer literatepreferred experiencedelivery service industry such as "GRAB", "FOOD PANDA" and other franchise food delivery service.HR management of more than 50 employeesAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.Ability to give presentations
