SCOPE OF DUTIES
Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting company services to reach their target sales.Organize and coordinate sales representative's schedules.Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.Receive and report on all sales leads.Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.Communicating to merchants regarding company sales and promotionsPreparing weekly and monthly reports.Implement strategies promote and sell products or services.Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metricsPreparing weekly and monthly reports.JOB SPECIFICATION
BS degree in Business ManagementProven work experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar roleBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesSolid communication and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
