Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute various reconciliations (comparing data from one system to another) associated with US/Canada benefits/payroll.Transition reconciliation activity from US to Manila.document reconciliation procedures.Find efficiencies/automation in the various reconciliations. Candidate must have some knowledge/experience working with US/Canada benefits.Candidate must have excellent excel skills including proficiency with pivots, vlookup, and formulas

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, or any related courseHas at least 2 years of experience in the same fieldMust be efficient in using Pivots, Vlookup and FormulasCan work nightshift (8:30pm - 5:30am)Had experience working with international customers and/or clientsA candidate who can start immediately
