HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Complete all recruitment duties such as job ad creation, screening, and shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openingsCollaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employeesManage various recruitment channelsSupport any other recruitment activities when required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field.At least 2 – 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or related roleFamiliarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and organization and resume databases.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Willing to work on siteAble to start work immediately or within short notice
